2017国际华人人机交互大会 工作坊介绍(一)

世界华人人机交互大会(http://chchi2017.icachi.org)于6月7日到9日在广州白云国际会议中心召开。为了更好地使参会者了解人机交互所涉及的专业和热点知识,大会推出了以下工作坊,请专业和高水平的主讲人为大家讲授相关基本技能、产品和服务、支付和动效、体验目标管理等热点话题。

The Fifth International Symposium of Chinese CHI (Chinese CHI 2017 : http://chchi2017.icachi.org) will be held in Guangzhou Baiyun International Conference Center  in Guangzhou, China from June 7th to 9. In order to make the participants understand the professional knowledge and focus those HCI involves, Conference launched following workshops, inviting professional and high level speaker teaching basic skills, products and services, payment and dynamic effect design, target management experience and other hot topics.

工作坊一到工作坊五为基础培训课程,授课时间3小时,适合入门级用户体验研究员、设计师和其它相关人员。讲师工作经验6-10年。

Workshops 1-5 are basic skills training courses. Every course lasts for 3 hours, suitable for researchers, designers and relevant people who just get started in user experience. The teachers all have 6 -10 years relevant working experience.

 

工作坊六到工作坊十二是特色和高级工作坊,适合有一定实践经验的从业者参加。

Workshop 6 to 12 are  feature and advanced workshops for practitioners who need certain practical experience.

 

 

工作坊一:《用户研究基础》

Background Information:

User research is the basic skill of user experience design. We invite experienced teacher to talk about basic definition, methodology and practical rules about user research in order that participants can get some skills and notes through the case study that showed by  teachers.

Outline:

1. General introduction about the definition and methodology of user research.

2. The basic process and relevant tools about user research.

3. How to analyze the data that collected during research process.

4. Introduce some basic research methods such as persona, competitive analysis, SWOT etc. combined with relevant case show.

Participants will learn:

1. Understand the basic methods and process of user research.

2. Learn about how to creat personas and how to analyze information and data from real users.

3. Learn about how to get insights from user needs and pain points.

工作坊六:《眼动仪原理与使用》

用户体验的优化不凭直觉靠数据,和其他信息数据相比,人的眼睛视线具有直接、自然的特点,能够有效反馈用户的体验,眼动追踪技术和眼动仪就是对人眼视线的研究,通过检测并记录眼睛观察外界过程中一些参数的变化,直观反应用户的视觉数据信息。我们利用眼动追踪技术在一些领域对用户体验进行了优化的实践,如果你也希望借助于定性定量的数据方法进行用户体验的提升,那欢迎一起来探讨,除了应用眼动追踪技术进行体验优化外,或许还可以找到应用眼动追踪技术的新的应用场景。

Workshop 6: How Eye Tracker works and how to use

Level:  Featured Training

Background Information:

User experience optimization does not rely on intuition but on data. Compared to other information data, human sight line is inherent, direct and can effectively feed back user experience. Eye tracking technology is the research on human sight line. The eye movement tracker can capture user’s intuitive response to visual data information by detecting and recording slight changes in some parameter during eye movement. We adopt eye tracking technology in various territories of to optimize user experience. If you also want to introduce qualitative and quantitative data to enhance user experience, then welcome to explore. In addition, you may also find new application scenarios of eye tracking technology.

Outline:

1.        Introduction to Eye Tracking technique and assessment principles

2.        Establish user experience model, assessment and analysis plan of Eye Tracking

The topics and program of this conference can be found from the homepage (http://chchi2017.icachi.org). The conference has training workshops for different levels of participants. Since the first independent conference, we do not organize that workshop which needs output given by participants, with thoughts and summary through the workshop. We are also looking forward to this conference, through with your communication, to develop more valuable activity forms, to promote future level of human interaction work together.
