2017国际华人人机交互大会 工作坊介绍(二)

世界华人人机交互大会(http://chchi2017.icachi.org)于6月7日到9日在广州白云国际会议中心召开。为了更好地使参会者了解人机交互所涉及的专业和热点知识,大会推出了以下工作坊,请专业和高水平的主讲人为大家讲授相关基本技能、产品和服务、支付和动效、体验目标管理等热点话题。

The Fifth International Symposium of Chinese CHI (Chinese CHI 2017 : http://chchi2017.icachi.org) will be held in Guangzhou Baiyun International Conference Center  in Guangzhou, China from June 7th to 9. In order to make the participants understand the professional knowledge and focus those HCI involves, Conference launched following workshops, inviting professional and high level speaker teaching basic skills, products and services, payment and dynamic effect design, target management experience and other hot topics.

 

工作坊一到工作坊五为基础培训课程,授课时间3小时,适合入门级用户体验研究员、设计师和其它相关人员。讲师工作经验6-10年。

Workshops 1-5 are basic skills training courses. Every course lasts for 3 hours, suitable for researchers, designers and relevant people who just get started in user experience. The teachers all have 6 -10 years relevant working experience.

 

工作坊六到工作坊十二是特色和高级工作坊,适合有一定实践经验的从业者参加。

Workshop 6 to 12 are  feature and advanced workshops for practitioners who need certain practical experience.

 

工作坊七:  《利用服务设计工具协同相关人员进行体验创新》

背景介绍:

服务设计的过程是一个需要充分调动相关人员高度参与的过程。相关人员包括:我们的客户即服务的享受着,包括企业的高管即服务资源的协调者,包括服务人员即服务的最终提供者等等。每类角色的相关利益点不同,而好的服务设计需要充分考虑不同角色的相关利益,将商业、客户需求、员工效率等要求在服务设计过程中进行较好的平衡。因此,服务设计师在这个过程中需要扮演一个好的利益关系协调者,需要充分引入各类角色参与服务设计的过程。而服务设计的工具则是服务设计师们与各类角色互动的至关法宝。

Workshop 7: Involve different kinds of stakeholders to co-creative by using service design tools

Background Information:
Service design is a process that needs to involve different kinds of stakeholders to co-creative. Stakeholders include: Our customers that means who will buy our products and services; Enterprise senior managers who are responsible to coordinate resources for providing service; and also service provider who will provide service to the end customers. They have different motivations and benefits. Service design should cover all of these stakeholders needs to balance business, customer requirements, and staff efficiency. So, it is very important to have a good facilitator to involve all these roles neatly. At the same time, appropriate tools are necessary to be used during the process of service design.

Outline:

•        Introduction of basic service design process

•        Introduction of service design tools

•        Practice of service design project.

Participants will learn:

•        Know about basic service design process and related tools;

•        Learn how to involve stakeholders to co-creative by using service design tools.

工作坊八:  《举重若轻—嵌入式产品体验设计》

背景介绍:

在移动产品类型中,基于WebView框架下开发的H5轻应用甚至各类小程序大量出现在日常生活中,它们轻简,免安装,易于分享,迭代速度快,占用空间小,但完全可以满足用户的场景需求,甚至替代了原生的应用程序,我们将这类产品叫做嵌入式产品。

嵌入式产品的体验层级,信息规模,界面规范,都要受到所属大产品和平台的深刻影响乃至约束,如何把握设计尺度并反哺平台体验称得上是举重若轻,在这种要求下,进一步探讨平台基础能力的扩展设计对于嵌入式产品的影响也非常值得关注。

Workshop 8:Embedded Product Experience Design

Level:  Advanced Training

Background Information:
Among mobile products, various types of H5 applications based on the WebView framework have appeared in large numbers in people’s daily lives. These applications are simple, easy to share, free of installation, and they iterate fast. They have fully met the users’ needs in a lot of scenarios, sometimes are even able to replace the native applications. They are thus called embedded products.

Experience hierarchy, information scope, interface specifications for such embedded products, will be subject to your products and platforms. How to define the design scale and then feedback useful points into the platform experience is a hard. Further exploring the platform’s ability for embedded products is definitely worthy of the attention.

Outline:

•        We will start with an analysis of the differences between the embedded product experience and the native product experience, and then we will further explore design positioning, target audience, user motivations, as well as design methods and principles.

过去的用户研究的应用,探讨的内容大多以电子产品的使用行为为主,也就是发生在电子载具上的服务。

本工作坊特别将服务发生的点,放在服务的场域之中,让学员体验在使用电子载具的服务之前,还有哪些服务可能会适用在用户身上,让学员日后在UI规划上,更能够贴近用户的真实情境。

 

课程大纲:

•        研究员要从服务现场带回什么?

•        从访查资料中找出接触点。

•        找出接触点上要执行的活动。

•        透过小组脑力激荡提出新的互动。

•         优化服务流程。

Workshop 9: The workshop of the optimization on service touch point

Level:  Advanced Training

Background Information:
In the past, when we talk about user research, we always focused on user behaves of using electronic products. In other word, we only talk about the service on electronic devices. This workshop not only focuses on the service on electronic devices, but also other service in service process. Participants will understand what other services may be occurred before or after users use electronic product. After this workshop, participants will know how to think more when they design UI, and find out what users really need.

Outline:

•        To know what data researcher should collect from the service field.

•        To find out touch point from data

•        To know the main activity at touch point

•        To learn how to give new interaction at touch point via brainstorming

•        To give a better service Process

Participants will learn:

工作坊十: 《设计相对论—后红包时代我们如何去设计支付》

互联网金融是什么?腾讯完成了从红包,到支付,到互联网金融的整体性跃进。在期间,设计师所面向的用户的不同,和产品的飞速增加,会面对“一个体系下不同性格产品的设计”。我们从红包开始,到根据用户的生活需求来做的“一机式”支付体验,再到通过互联网思维与对用户的理解,去影响和推动传统的公司,让他们理解互联网,理解用户,然后加入互联网+支付。再到打造支付网络,和更深一层的金融网络。面对严肃的金融网络,我们如何给用户一个轻松的教育,让用户从理财入手,让普罗大众理解金融,从而加入到我们的“轻松理财和普惠金融”的金融体验上来。

在本次工作坊中,可以了解到,在腾讯完成从红包到支付到互联网金融的整个跃进过程中,在强调内容的扁平化设计大行其道的年代。如何用“问”与“解问”的方式来完善我们的设计思维,如何在越来越依赖扁平,规范,模板的设计氛围里去做UI创意;来避免产品特性与产品性格的千篇一律。通过本课程,可以体验我们如何对严肃的金融,通过一些小的物件设计,来体现设计对受众的体验式关怀与感受产品的性格特性?这些特性造成的些差异化设计所造成的产品与设计之间的摩擦,我们如何用同理心的方式去避免。

Workshop 10:Relative Design-how can we design payment in the post red-packet world

Background Information:

What is Internet financing?  Tencent has transferred from the red packet to payment, and then to a complete Internet financing system. In the process of transformation, our designers had to target at different types of users, and adapt to different internet products and often they will face the problem of “design products of different characters under the same system”. Starting from the red packet, we designed the complete payment experience based on users’ life needs. We tried to influence and push traditional companies to understand the Internet and the users so that they will join the Internet + payment. We built the payment network and the financing network to support it too. How can we educate users about finance which is such a serious topic? We started from money management, enabling common people to understand finance, motivating them to join the easy and beneficial Internet financing experience.

In this workshop, you will learn how did Tencent avoid designing the product character like every product on the market, under the background of flat design; you will understand how did we design in small details to adapt to flat design to ensure the users’ experience and feel the characters of the product, as well as use empathy to avoid the conflict between the product and the design.

•        After the era of red envelopes, how should we design payment?

•        From single skill designer to the program designer's practice

•        Learn how Tencent evolved red packet to payment and to Internet financing.

工作坊十一: 《交互新维度: 动态交互链》

课程摘要:

传统交互设计采用二维平面的设计原型、设计控件和逻辑关系,已经良好的运作了10年之久。随着软硬件技术进步,更高维度的动效设计开始展露其不容忽视的优势。一时间各种动态效果,绚丽方案层出不穷,纷繁复杂。我们也经历了如此的阶段,却发现我们只是将一种更高维度的技术拿到低维度来使用,而不是站在更高维度的视角去重构和优化整个系统。动效设计不单纯是视觉效果的进化,更应该是串行整个用户体验的承载,在系统中打造一种“全链式”的动效体验,将开启交互体验全新的领域。

 

课程大纲:

•        动效设计实际案例以及设计实战经验、教训分享

•        分组模拟“全链式”动效设计场景及纸面模型

Workshop 11: The New Dimension of Interaction: Motion Interaction System

Course Level: Advanced Training

Background Information:

The traditional interactive design always uses flat design prototypes,  framework and interactive logical relation. Those have been work for years. With the progress of hardware and software technologies, new interaction way comes out: motion interaction. It's higher dimensional than before, many advantages comes out and everyone followed the trend. A variety of dynamic effects, brilliant program endless, complicated design used to many apps and OS. Is it good for users or not? It's complicate but we are doing the same things and feel no good. we use motion design as a tools but not a new channel for interaction. Motion design is not simply the evolution of visual effects, but should serially load the entire user experience, in the system to create a "full chain" dynamic experience, will open a new field of interactive experience.

 

Outline:

•        The course is divided into two parts, the first part is more academic, and the second part is more interactive 
 

Part One:

•        Animation design overview and typical usage

•        Motion model animation design and its source

•        The use of spatial relations

 

Part Two:

•        Pictures are always more eye-catching than text,   and moving is always better than static

 

Participants will learn:

•        How to distinguish single point animation effect from animation system design;

•        How to construct system animation models;

•        To distinguish the relationship between system animation and interaction logic;

•        How to break through interaction space;

•        How to use animation to tell stories and draw animated storyboards;
